Middle/High School Student ($5): Any person currently enrolled as a student in grades 6 - 12. Student memberships renew annually.

 

Student ($15): Any person who is a current full-time undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university. Student memberships renew annually.

 

Senior 65+ ($15): Any person 65 years and older. Senior memberships renew annually.

 

Individual ($35): Any person who desires to advance the mission of the OEDA. These persons may include, but are not limited to parents, teachers, friends or family of those impacted by eating disorders and those in recovery. Individual memberships renew annually.

 

Family ($50): Any family who desires to advance the mission of the OEDA. Family memberships renew annually.

 

Professional ($75): Any professional that provides services to the eating disorder population. A professional membership enables a person to be listed on the OEDA website. Professional memberships renew annually.

 

Sustaining ($200): Any person who desires to express a special commitment to the mission and objectives of the OEDA. Sustaining members are invited to renew annually.

 

Patron ($500): Any person who desires to express a special commitment to the mission and objectives of the OEDA. Patron members are invited to renew annually.

 

Benefactor ($1000): Any person who desires to express a special commitment to the mission and objectives of the OEDA. Benefactor members are lifetime members.

 

DONOR CIRCLE: When you donate to OEDA we will keep track of your donations over time and recognize your generosity at each level of giving. You will receive a special certificate that recognizes your commitment level to the fight against eating disorders.
